On January 23, 2024, the National Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia-Slovenia-China Business Council and the Confucius Institute at the University of Rwanda organized a unique Spring Festival art and culture night to "farewell to the old and welcome the new". Li Lianbo, representative of the Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in Slovenia, delivered a warm opening speech. He welcomed all the guests present for their active participation in this art and cultural event, and expressed his best wishes for the lasting friendship between the Chinese and Slovenian peoples.
